Everything you need to know about using the WONIST platform.
This guide walks you through everything you can do as a customer on the WONIST platform — from creating your account to applying for a loan and tracking your repayments.
Before you can apply for a loan or view any information, you need to create a WONIST account.

The first time you log in, WONIST will ask you to complete your profile before you can do anything else. This step is required.

Note: You cannot apply for a loan or access your dashboard until this step is complete.
There are two ways to apply for a loan: as a registered customer, or as a guest without creating an account first.
Once your profile is set up, you can submit a loan application directly from your dashboard.
From your dashboard, click Apply for a Loan (or find the Apply option in the menu).
Choose your loan type:
Fill in the application form. The fields you will see depend on the loan type you chose:
For a Payday Loan:
For a Small Business Loan:
Guarantor Information (if required): You may be asked to provide details about someone who agrees to be responsible for your loan if you cannot repay it. Fill in their:
Collateral Information (if required): If you are offering something of value to secure the loan, fill in:
Supporting Documents (required): Click Upload Document to attach at least one file that supports your application, such as a pay stub, ID, or business registration.
Review all the information you entered, then click Submit Application.
You will see a confirmation message, and your application will appear on your dashboard with the status Submitted.
If you prefer to apply before creating an account:
After you submit your application, the WONIST team will review it. You can check the status at any time from your dashboard or using your claim token.
To check your application status as a registered customer:
| Status | What It Means | |--------|---------------| | Submitted | Your application has been received and is waiting to be reviewed. | | Under Review | A loan officer is currently reviewing your application. | | Approved | Your application was approved. A loan will be created and you will be contacted next. | | Rejected | Your application was not approved. You may see a note explaining why. | | Expired | Your application has expired after 90 days. You must re-apply. |
To check your application status as a guest:
If your application is rejected: You are welcome to speak with the WONIST team about what happened and whether you can reapply in the future.
If you applied as a guest and your application was processed by a loan officer, you will need to create an account to view the full details and manage the loan.

Once your loan is created and active, you can view all the details of your loan from your dashboard.

Reading your Repayment Schedule:
Your loan comes with a repayment schedule — a table that shows exactly when each payment is due and how much is expected.

Installment Statuses:

Every payment that has been recorded against your loan by the WONIST team will appear in your payment history.

Note: Payments are recorded by the WONIST team when you make a payment in person or via bank transfer. If you believe a payment is missing, please contact the WONIST office.
Your official loan agreement is available to download as a PDF document once your loan has been created.
To download your contract:
Your contract contains the full terms and conditions of your loan, including the repayment schedule, interest rate, and any guarantor or collateral agreements.
Tip: Save a copy of your contract in a safe place for your records.
